What is a Chakra???

Never heard of chakras before? Don't worry, neither had Danielle before she started on her spiritual healing journey!

The word 'chakra' means 'wheel' in ancient Indian Sanskrit. The human body is comprised of a complex energy system containing hundreds of minor and major chakras. These chakras continuously spin (like a wheel) and funnel energy throughout your body and energy field. There are 7 main chakras that are located at specific parts of your body. Each of these main chakras vibrate energy at different frequencies and has its own colour resonance, body association and meaning.

DID YOU KNOW???

~ The lower 3 chakras (base, sacral and solar plexus) relate to your physical body and the top 3 chakras (throat, third eye and crown) relate to your spiritual side.

~ Your palms in your hands are an extension of your heart chakra.

~ Chakras do not work independently to each other, instead, they work together, like an awesome family unit.
