Healing your energetic body is the ultimate form of self-care.

"I'M WORRIED PEOPLE WILL WATCH ME AND THINK I DANCE WEIRD."

It's normal to feel worried about what other people are thinking. In Danielle's Chakradance workshops, you will be wearing headphones so you won't hear other participants. You will also have your eyes closed or wear an eye mask, so no one is looking at you. This helps you connect deeply with your inner world for an immersive experience & the concerns about what other people think will drift away.

"IT'S LIKE ZUMBA."

Chakradance is not a fitness class.

The intention of Chakradance is to safely & gently heal & rebalance your chakras & move emotions stuck in your body & help you process & release them. Through consistency & commitment, this can help decrease levels of anxiety, stress & depression & allow you to live the fulfilling life you're meant to live.

"I'M NOT A GOOD DANCER."

Chakradance is a movement therapy modality. It involves moving your body however you want to special music. Danielle will not be telling you how to move your body. If you're a "side step" kind of person and want to "side step" - then go for it! If you feel like standing or sitting still - that's also totally fine. Though movement helps with the healing, just being there, listening to the music and guided imagery is also healing you. You don't have to be a professional dancer.
