REBOOT - Base Chakra (7pm - 9pm)
CHAKRADANCE™ - Get out of your head. Come back to your body.
Service Description
Join me for a one-off Chakradance™ experience as we return to the beginning - the Base Chakra. This two-hour experience is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body and explore the grounding energy of your foundations through music, free movement, guided visualisation and mandala art. You do NOT need to know how to dance. There are no steps, no choreography and no performing. You’ll wear headphones, close your eyes and allow your body to move in whatever way feels natural to you. Or don't move and lie down and rest instead. No previous Chakradance™ or chakra experience is required. Whether you’re completely new and curious or you’ve danced with me before and are craving a reset, you’re welcome exactly as you are. ❤️ Tuesday 22 September ⏰ 7-9pm 📍 Addicted to Soul Studio - 272 Nepean Highway, Edithvale ✨ Investment: $60pp Come as you are. 2 hours.
