This March, we focus on the Solar Plexus Chakra - the energetic centre of personal power, confidence, boundaries and self-worth. When this chakra is balanced, we feel clear, capable and grounded in who we are. When it’s depleted or overactive, we may notice: • People-pleasing • Self-doubt • Difficulty saying no • Feeling unseen or overlooked • Low motivation or scattered energy IGNITE is a guided Chakradance journey designed to help you reconnect with your inner fire in a safe, nurturing and supportive space. Through music, movement, meditation and rest, you’ll be invited to gently explore and awaken this powerful centre within you. ✨ No dance experience is needed. ✨ You are free to move, sway, lie down, sit or simply receive. ✨ This is a women-only space. 📅 Date Monday March 30 💛 Exchange $60 per session. Spaces are limited to 6 women per session to maintain an intimate and supportive environment. If you’re feeling the quiet nudge to reclaim your confidence, strengthen your boundaries and reconnect with your personal power… this space may be for you. Wear comfy clothes and your choice to bring any of the following: ~ Any small crystals you feel drawn to bring and carry on you during the workshop. ~ A drink bottle. ~ Oracle cards. ~ Journal and a pen. Everything else will be provided. Essential oils and incense are diffused during the workshop so please let Danielle know 24 hours prior to attending if you are allergic. These sessions are facilitated by Danielle, creating grounded, heart-led spaces for women to reconnect with themselves through embodied healing practices. Frequently Asked Questions: * Do I need dance experience? No. There is no choreography and no expectation to “perform.” This is an intuitive, guided movement experience. You are free to move in whatever way feels natural for you. You are welcome to sway, sit, lie down or simply rest during parts of the session. Many women choose to move gently or meditate. Everything is an invitation, never a requirement. * Is this suitable if I’m new to energy work? Absolutely. These sessions are guided and grounded, and all women are welcome... whether you are new to this work or experienced.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER You understand that energy healing/Chakradance is a simple & gentle movement therapy modality, used to promote stress reduction & rebalancing of the body. As is the case with any modality such as this, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present & cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any physical pain/discomfort, you will cease & ask for support from Danielle NEWTON, the facilitator. You acknowledge that the facilitator doesn't diagnose conditions, prescribe nor perform medical treatment nor interfere with treatment of a licensed professional. You understand that energy healing/Chakradance doesn't take place of medical advice &/or treatment. You acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body often require multiple sessions to restore balance within the body. You understand that any discomfort, pain or reaction to this session is part of your body’s response & not caused by the facilitator. You hereby agree to irrevocably release & waive any claims that you have now or hereafter may have against ADDICTED TO SOUL Energy Healing & Danielle NEWTON, the facilitator. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & MISSED WORKSHOPS: Full payment to be made to hold your place prior to attendance. Payment plans can be discussed on a case by case basis. If facilitator cancels workshop, you can either receive a full refund or reschedule another date to attend the same workshop. If you cancel your attendance more than 30 days before the workshop is scheduled, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your attendance between 8 to 30 days before the workshop is scheduled, you will receive 75% refund. If you cancel your attendance 7 days or less before the workshop is scheduled, you won’t receive a refund, unless extenuating circumstances apply & at the discretion of the facilitator. All cancellations must be in writing, via email to addictedtosoul@outlook.com.au No refunds on products purchased unless it's faulty. All prices on this website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you missed your workshop, you can re-book into the same next available one. Your details or the details of your sessions will not be shared unless written consent has been given by you or it's ordered by a court of law. By making this booking and any future bookings, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
