Reboot: Restore Your Energy. Reclaim Your Calm. A 3-week Chakradance journey into grounding, safety, and embodied power. You’re not tired because you’re broken. You’re tired because your body is asking to come home. To rest. To feel safe. To remember. In this 3-week immersive journey, we begin where true healing starts: at the base. Through free movement, music, and meditation, you’ll reconnect with your Base Chakra - the energy center of safety, stability, and life force. This is where we reclaim the ground beneath our feet. You’ll explore: 🌿 How to release survival stress stored in your body. 🌿 How to rebuild trust with your nervous system. 🌿 How to feel safe inside yourself again. Each week, you’ll be gently guided through a Chakradance experience that supports deep restoration - not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. This is sacred self-return, not surface-level self-care. This journey is for you if: • You’re constantly on edge, overwhelmed, or depleted. • You struggle to relax - even when you “rest”. • You’re ready to feel grounded, calm, and connected in your own skin. • You want a supportive space that blends movement, music, and meaning. You don’t need to know how to dance. You just need a willingness to listen - to your body, your breath, and your own inner rhythm. 🗓️ Mondays 16/06/25 23/06/25 30/06/25 ⏰ 1pm to 3pm 📍Leifde Wellness Centre, Seaford. This isn’t fluffy self-care. It’s radical self-repair. This is how we return to ourselves. 2 hours. Headphones on, eyes closed, no distractions. Just you and your healing. The investment into your transformative healing journey is $497. Plus, you'll receive an integration group online call during the last week of your journey, as well as two REBOOT base chakra meditations. (Valued at $300) Payment plans are available. This is for the woman who’s ready…not just interested. Wear comfy clothes and your choice to bring any of the following: ~ Any small crystals you feel drawn to bring and carry on you during the workshop. ~ A drink bottle. ~ Oracle cards. ~ Journal and a pen. Everything else will be provided. Essential oils and incense are diffused during the workshop so please let Danielle know 24 hours prior to attending if you are allergic. 🌻 Let this be your reset... LIABILITY DISCLAIMER You understand that energy healing/Chakradance is a simple & gentle movement therapy modality, used to promote stress reduction & rebalancing of the body. As is the case with any modality such as this, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present & cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any physical pain/discomfort, you will cease & ask for support from Danielle NEWTON, the facilitator. You acknowledge that the facilitator doesn't diagnose conditions, prescribe nor perform medical treatment nor interfere with treatment of a licensed professional. You understand that energy healing/Chakradance doesn't take place of medical advice &/or treatment. You acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body often require multiple sessions to restore balance within the body. You understand that any discomfort, pain or reaction to this session is part of your body’s response & not caused by the facilitator. You hereby agree to irrevocably release & waive any claims that you have now or hereafter may have against ADDICTED TO SOUL Energy Healing & Danielle NEWTON, the facilitator. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & MISSED WORKSHOPS: Full payment to be made to hold your place prior to attendance. Payment plans can be discussed on a case by case basis. If facilitator cancels workshop, you can either receive a full refund or reschedule another date to attend the same workshop. If you cancel your attendance more than 30 days before the workshop is scheduled, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your attendance between 8 to 30 days before the workshop is scheduled, you will receive 75% refund. If you cancel your attendance 7 days or less before the workshop is scheduled, you won’t receive a refund, unless extenuating circumstances apply & at the discretion of the facilitator. All cancellations must be in writing, via email to addictedtosoul@outlook.com.au No refunds on products purchased unless it's faulty. All prices on this website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you missed your workshop, you can re-book into the same next available one. Your details or the details of your sessions will not be shared unless written consent has been given by you or it's ordered by a court of law.
